Outside Sales Representative – Home Improvement (Siding & Windows)
$80,000 – $200,000+ per year | Uncapped Commission

Compensation: $80,000 – $200,000+ per year | Uncapped Commission
Position Overview
KC Custom Siding and Windows is a fast-growing exterior remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the Kansas City metro. We specialize in premium siding, energy-efficient windows, doors, and exterior upgrades and are looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a high-income career in the home improvement industry.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
- Inspect homes and recommend siding, window, and exterior solutions
- Present product options and project estimates
- Educate customers on energy efficiency and exterior upgrades
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Work with the production team to ensure smooth project execution
Compensation
- Commission-based with uncapped earnings
- Average reps: $80K – $120K – Top reps: $150K – $200K+
